As part of the CCF Recruits experience in the Contingent we introduce the cadets to various activities and an Adventurous Training Day is one such event. CCF introduce them to Orienteering and Mountain Biking in Delamere Forest covering some basic skills and give them confidence on a bike. Encountering the elements and challenges ahead of them they threw themselves into the day and soon muddy faces were just part of the experience. But with smiles and a sense of achievement their first CCF Trip was a success.
