Over two performances last week, King’s Juniors took their audiences on ‘A Christmas Journey’.
The children travelled to Bethlehem and back again in a wonderful version of the nativity written especially for King’s by Mrs O’Leary.
The J1 pupils were the stars of the show who brought the story to life.
Helped by the latest recruits from Channel 4’s Location, Location, Location training academy, Mary and Joseph looked for a safe home for their baby to be born.
The audience were introduced to Kirsty Allsocks and Phil Spender, along with the traditional nativity characters (and the camels’ PA!), as they made their journey to Bethlehem.
The older children sang with great enthusiasm, bringing the music to life with their fantastic singing.
Well done to everyone involved in getting the festive season off to a great start with special thanks to:
