Hockey: U11s are North West champions

Congratulations to our U11 hockey team who have been crowned the 2025 In2 Hockey North West champions.

In a final held at King’s, the team put on a brilliant performance in matches against King’s Macclesfield, Sedbergh School and Manchester Grammar School to win the title. 

Head of Junior School Sport, Charlotte Massey, congratulated them on their victory. 

She said: “Coming after the AJIS win a few weeks ago, this is a well-deserved second title for this hard-working team. 

“They have really benefitted from the expertise and experience of our Senior School hockey coaches, who have been training our Junior School teams this year.

“Director of Hockey, Simon Egerton – himself a former England player – is excited about the talent coming through the Junior School and what that means for the continued success of hockey at King’s.”
