We are delighted that The King’s School has been ranked 6th in the country for the destinations of school leavers from independent schools. In The Times Parent Power report, King’s is one of only a handful of schools from the North of England on the list and is the highest ranked northern school.
King’s was nationally placed in 76th position in The Times Parent Power Top Independent Schools table, ranking it as the highest placed school in the Chester area and 5th position in the North West.
Head of Sixth Form at King’s, Josh Carter said:
“I am delighted that we feature so highly on the league table. It recognises not just their intellectual talent but the great independent nature of our students and the wonderful support King’s Sixth Formers receive from their teachers. We encourage all our students to aim high but most importantly to go to the university which fits their academic interests and career ambitions. We know that King’s Sixth Formers are valued by the finest universities which recognise their talents.”
