A huge well done to the Sixth Formers who recently took part in the Mathematical Olympiad for Girls.
Girls from Upper Sixth and Lower Sixth were specially selected to take part in the competition, with a total of 12 mathematicians taking on the challenge.

Deputy Head of Maths, Mrs Sugarman, entered the girls for the competition and was very impressed with their results.
She said: “The Mathematical Olympiad for Girls is organised by the UK Maths Trust and is aimed at girls and young women across the UK.
“This is a very challenging competition requiring advanced problem solving and mathematical skills so I am very proud of all of the girls who took part.
“We have some real mathematical talent in Sixth Form and I am delighted that this was recognised in these excellent results.”
