King’s Registration Form

Please use this online registration form to register your child for assessments for entry in September 2026 for the following year groups:

• Reception – Play-based assessments will be held on Friday, 16 January 2026
• Juniors J1 (Year 3) – Assessments held throughout the academic year
• Removes (Year 7) – Entrance exam will be held on Friday, 16 January 2026
• Sixth Form (Year 12) – Interviews will be held on Thursday, 4 December 2025

Limited spaces are still available in Sixth Form for September 2025; please use this form to submit your application. All applicants will be invited to an interview before a place is offered. 

For entry in any other year including the current year (spaces in some year groups are still available for immediate entry), or for entry into any other year group – please contact the Admissions Manager by email or by phone (01244 689553) to check that spaces are available before completing this form.

The standard registration costs £60 per child and can be paid on line on completion of this form. Non-standard fees are as follows:

• Junior School (Years 4, 5 and 6) – £60
• Senior School (Year 7) – £60
• Senior School (Years 8, 9, 10 & 11) – £180
• Sixth Form (Year 12) – £60
